Job Summary: This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic and team-oriented individual who is looking to join a dynamic company.  You will provide on-going support to the Human Resources Department, completing day-to-day activities to effectively deliver Human Resources services, programs and initiatives


  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support, ensuring complete and accurate information is collected and input into the systems
  • Provide all employees with accurate and timely information relating to company programs, policies and benefits
  • Effectively handling inquiries regarding policies and procedures
  • Conducting initial orientation/on-boarding to all new starters, and administrating training as required
  • Facilitate various administration tasks, timely and accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files and records
  • Support recruitment programs, including facilitation of job postings, arranging interviews and confirming travel arrangements/directions
  • Complete reference checks and follow-ups
  • Assist with recruitment; screening, conducting interviews and follow-up
  • Liaise with employees to continuously enrich our company culture
  • Assist in coordinating company events
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism


  • Human Resources degree, diploma or certificate
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong relationship management, able to deal confidently with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent working knowledge of Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superb organizational and time management skills
  • Motivated and efficient self-starter with positive “can do” attitude
  • Ability to initiate, coordinate and complete projects in a timely manner
  • Proven integrity in dealing with confidential situations and information
